WHAT WE DO

Founded in 2016, the mission of The Kindness Collective is to connect members of the community through a range of free/low-cost outdoor health and wellbeing events, and remind people that no matter what struggles or difficulties they may be facing, there is always support, friendship, and a listening ear available to them if they reach out.

Created by The Kindness Collective, Listen Up™ is a unique conversational board game that tests your listening skills and inspires deeper connections between friends and family. Packaged into a compact and easy-to-play game with over 250 questions and activities, ranging from deep and meaningful to light-hearted and fun, Listen Up is guaranteed to reveal untold stories, heartfelt moments, and plenty of laughs with those closest to you!

While we do not have any of our own psychology or counselling services, we encourage you to reach out to some of the great organisations on this extensive list if you are going through a difficult time and looking for an understanding and empathetic ear. You will also find links to a range of Sunshine Coast-based services and community groups through The Alliance for Suicide Prevention.
