Fluro Fridays at Cotton Tree

This year, we're teaming up with OneWave and One Wave Sunshine Coast to bring you Fluro Fridays at Cotton Tree! 🏄🌅 

One Wave is a non-profit surf community tackling mental health issues with a simple recipe...saltwater, surfing, good mates and Fluro Friday's. If you're not a surfer, you can still come on down and join us for a stretch and movement session, swim and a chat!

Why does One Wave exist? 1 in 5 people experience mental health issues each year and 65% of these people don't seek help. OneWave lets people know they are not alone and encourages them to get in the ocean, surf it out and talk about it. 

It doesn't matter if you're riding a wave for the first or the hundredth time...you never forget that feeling of being on a wave and letting everything go. OneWave is all it takes...to free the funk. To give you hope. 

OneWave holds weekly Fluro Friday sunrise sessions to raise awareness for mental health. We dress up in the brightest outfits possible and surf/swim/do yoga.
