Founded on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, The Kindness Collective is an initiative that aims to bring members of the community together and improve wellbeing through free events, classes, and workshops.
A little insight into
The Kindness Collective
The Kindness Collective began as a means of assisting those who may be going through a difficult time in their lives, struggling with anxiety, depression, or loneliness. In these states, we often find ourselves stuck in thought patterns that tell us we are not enough, that nobody cares, and that we are alone in life. These same thoughts may ignite feelings of shame that stop us from being vulnerable, opening up to our friends and strangers, and from even seeing the loving communities that surround us.
The Kindness Collective, in bringing together thousands of open-hearted residents of the local community through a variety of events, aims not only to inspire moments of joy, but to remind people that kindness, love and support exists everywhere, and that to ask for help is a strength, not a weakness.

KEEN TO SUPPORT OR GET INVOLVED?
As a social enterprise, it is both the mission and challenge of The Kindness Collective to ensure that the majority of our events are made accessible to everybody, regardless of financial situation. As a result, most of our events are run on an 'optional donation' basis. For those who have the means to do so and would like to offer your additional support, the best way to do so is through our Patreon. 50% of all our monthly contributions are also donated to Lifeline and Centacare, two organisations that are assisting with the increase in mental illness and domestic violence during COVID-19.
Additionally, if you run a business or organisation and would like to become a sponsor for The Kindness Collective in return for any promotional service or other benefits that we may offer, then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
